"I give Rocky the highest rating.  He was at our home within a day of when we called for an estimate. We obtained 3 estimates and choose Rocky from the three options.  His price was slightly lower than the other two, but would have chosen him even if his price was a bit higher.  We liked Rocky and felt confident dealing with him. We then went looking for our tile. found what we wanted, and Rocky picked the tile up from the tile store in Tucson (about 35 miles from Green Valley-Rocky's home base).  Rocky started the job 2 days after the tile was available to be picked up from the tile store.  The job was completed in two days.  The first day the old rug was removed and disposed of and all the tile laid.  The second day the tile was grouted and sealed.  All done in a very professional and friendly manner.  The tile is beautiful and the job perfectly done.  Care was taken to make sure the job site remained clean and after the job was completed all debris etc. was gone.  You would not know a contractor had been here.  We were more than pleased with the service and the completed job.

"They were amazing.  It was absolutely amazing.  The cost was reasonable.  They took out things that had been there for a long time.  They said it would be dry in twenty minutes and it was.  They were polite and it sounds like a fair advertising.  We built a house now that are all tiles so we don?t need them which is also wonderful.  But I would definitely recommend them very highly.  They did an incredible job.  They used non-toxic cleaning agents which was very important to us.   

The price was very reasonable and we used a coupon from a local magazine.  They were very professional.  I have no one complaint."

"The install went extremely smoothly with confirmation calls from the vendor throughout the process.  I went to their location and visited their showroom and scheduled a complimentary site visit for getting an estimate at that time - the showroom visit was on a Wednesday and the visit to my home was scheduled for the following Tuesday.  I received a confirmation call on Monday with a 2 hour window for time.  On Tuesday, Mike called 1/2 hour before the window to say he was running early and could he come early/
The estimate on replacing my counters was in my email box the same day - Tuesday afternoon!  I went back out to the showroom on the following Monday with a friend to relook at the granite slabs.  After deciding on the granite slab I wanted, Mike generated the contract for me to review, sign and bring back with my deposit.  I did that on Wednesday and selected my actual slab and we scheduled the templating appointment for the next Monday with install on Thursday.  
Agapo was at my house on Monday on time and completed his templating work quickly.  At that time, we discussed seam placement and how high the backsplash would be (I have wallpaper in the kitchen that was NOT being replaced) so the backsplash had to be a bit taller than previous to insure coverage.  He stated he would look at the slab I picked out and would minimize the seam.
On Wednesday, I received a confirmation call for Thursday's install with a arrival time between 8-10.  The truck pulled into my house at 7:53 am on Thursday!  Juan and his assistance Johnny were superb with great attention to detail to ensure amooth grout lines on the backsplash, the counters were all level, great color match on the epoxy and grout and overall a great install job.  They cleaned up as they went and all the old counters, sink were taken by them  They were done with the install a few minutes before 3:00 (they took an hour for lunch)
On Friday, July 3rd ( a holiday) the plumber that they contracted with was at my house on time to reconnect all the plumbing to include a new disposal and re-routing the water lines due to the new sink drain placement - Kevin Crump was the plumber and he was also excellent.
I am VERY pleased with my total install and would not hesitate to recommend Granite Kitchen and Bath to anyone wanting to remodel their home.
