Then he only did a 4 minutes HVAC diagnostic and decide to not add coolant or check something else. (He additionally leave a trail of sunflower seeds shell in my backyard). The company call me later to know if I wanted a quote for 2 new AC units and ask me on how was my experience, so they mention that the technician was new."
