"Technician (Jose) present himself 4 hours late. (It was schedule at 8:00 AM and he arrive at noon). At his arrival he checked that the thermostat was on. Then he only did a 4 minutes HVAC diagnostic and decide to not add coolant or check something else. (He additionally leave a trail of sunflower seeds shell in my backyard). The company call me later to know if I wanted a quote for 2 new AC units and ask me on how was my experience, so they mention that the technician was new."

He came out to our house that night, helped diagnose what went wrong (while showing me all the steps he was taking) and was back the next day with a new unit to install. "We called with some concerns regarding our heat pump and a service tech was able to come out the same day which speaks volumes to their customer service. Hershey, our service tech was amazing.
