Canâ t recommend Jay with Good Shepherd Heating & Air enough. Our AC stopped blowing cold air this evening. I did a quick search on Nextdoor and saw several referrals for Jay. Gave him a call at 8 PM and he was here by 8:25. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by 9 PM. His prices are fair, his service is fantastic. You canâ t go wrong by giving him a call.

Very knowledgeable and conscientious. Always follows up when he says he will. Will make calls on weekends. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly highly recommend.

I called Jay late in the day because my heat pump wasn't putting out any heat. I was expecting him to come first thing in the morning but was so surprised when he said he'd be right over. I was back up and running within a few hours. Best customer service!

Jay was super down to earth and very knowledgeable. Super nice guy. We had another HVAC company want to retire and upcharge for a faulty thermostat along with a bunch of other uochargea. Soooo glad we had Jay come out. he fixed the issue with just a simple thermastat swap. 100 will trust his diagnosis for any other service moving forward. Thermostat fixes the problem and has been running great with zero issues. Highly recommend Jay and Good Shepard AC!!!
