Good price, on time and good work

They installed my new air conditioning unit on October 17th 2024. I want to give them a 5-Star rating for their service. They were efficient, professional, and HONEST. I think this business WORLOCK AIR.COM is probably the last of honest people in this type of business. They really impressed me immensely. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this business. I wish I had found this business 30 years ago, when I first moved to Arizona. They are the absolute BEST. I really like Bill the owner, he explained what the problems were with my old unit. Give me lots of information on several replacement units and didnâ t try to up sell. After doing some research on the internet I went with the brand he recommended. Installation went without any problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill and his crew were the most efficient, well trained team I have experienced in a long time. Each of the four member team had specific tasks and performed them with precision. Bill, as the owner, was a hands on participant and had his tasks. From start to finish it was about a 5 hour job to replace both the outside AC unit and the air handler inside. Unit was blowing air at just below 40 degrees before they left.

The workers could not have been more polite and considerate. Everyone involved worked together as if they respected each other. They left only when the job was completed to their satisfaction, even though a damaged part had to be replaced late in the afternoon .
