Bill Worlock, of Worlock Mechanical Contractor, did an excellent job. My air conditioning quit and it got really hot here in AZ. He put me at the front of the line. I was very pleased with his work!!

Bill Worlock was very professional. Explained everything in detail. No pressure. A great price! A new unit was installed 4 days after signing. Finished in about 4 hours. He and his crew were awesome! I would recommend Worlock AC to anyone!

I contracted with Worlock Air Conditioning to replace my HVAC system. They arrived at 7:00 AM and started working on the replacement. They were very professional, protected the flooring where needed, cleaned up, and were done in about 5 hours. Bill Worlock went over the system and thermostat interface with me, and told me that the thermostat was ready to hook up to my WiFi after I registered with Honeywell. The Goodman outside A/C unit is a little louder that my previous system, but the inside blower is quieter. The thermostat control is very user friendly, and we are happy with the system. We haven't used the heat side of the system because the daily high Arizona temperature has not dropped below 100 degrees since the installation.

They installed my new air conditioning unit on October 17th 2024. I want to give them a 5-Star rating for their service. They were efficient, professional, and HONEST. I really like Bill the owner, he explained what the problems were with my old unit. Give me lots of information on several replacement units and didnâ t try to up sell. After doing some research on the internet I went with the brand he recommended. Installation went without any problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill and his crew were the most efficient, well trained team I have experienced in a long time. Each of the four member team had specific tasks and performed them with precision. Bill, as the owner, was a hands on participant and had his tasks. From start to finish it was about a 5 hour job to replace both the outside AC unit and the air handler inside. Unit was blowing air at just below 40 degrees before they left.

The workers could not have been more polite and considerate. Everyone involved worked together as if they respected each other. They left only when the job was completed to their satisfaction, even though a damaged part had to be replaced late in the afternoon .
