This family owned and operated business was amazing! They took my calls and explained everything to me, sent me before and after pictures of their work, and the follow up and guidance was excellent along the way. Even though making a high dollar purchase at last minute was very stressful to me, both Bill and Rubecca kept me calm, treated me with respect and did everything to make the experience more pleasant! I would definitely recommend and would rehire their team.

They got there at 8:30am, Bill was a really chill guy and told me everything he had to do before they started, and I left to do some chores and they got done by 11am! 10/10 Service.

I was having a problem with my heating. Bill came into our office and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Bill was prompt and very professional.

Bill came out the same day, checked the unit, found a bad capacitor and some burnt wires. He fixed it and it's running perfectly now. I was amazed at how quickly this was handled. I will definitely use Worlock again and will recommend them to my friends.

Bill and his lovely wife Rebecca saved the day after our AC unit stopped working. They answered our urgent call and arrived within a few hours. Bill diagnosed the problem timely. He has over 30 years experience and it shows. He explained to us what needed to be done and also took pictures to show why. We are so appreciative for their service and recommend their family owned business to anyone in need of AC repair and maintenance.

My air conditioning went off when I got back from a trip. Called multiple company’s and found out my compressor stopped working. Worlock air was the only one with a reasonable price and he showed me his previous work so I trusted him and am glad I did . The following day the owner of the company and his son came out and replaced my compressor for only $2500. The other company’s were double that price and couldn’t do it for a week. I was also amazed to see how clean an organized his sons van was!

I used this company for 3 brand new AC units and when one of them has a problem after only a 1.5 old and they treat you really bad. They tried to charge me for work that didn't not need to be done and was under warranty regardless. They are very charming at first and then once they get your business they are very rude and unprofessional. The warranties are bad, you can find better. Repairs you don't need.
