I had a great experience with Prestige AC in Feb. 2025 when they replaced my entire AC compressor (outside) and variable speed air handler (attic). They were very knowledgeable about current SEER II standards and took time to explain quality vs. value. With inflation raising the cost everything, they worked with me on selecting the right unit for my house at an affordable price without the high pressure sales. Their extra customer care made the whole experience shockingly pleasant. For instance, they performed scuttle hole remediation after they went into the attic. They even updated my service disconnect, added a surge protector, and switched the fuse. Lastly, they installed a ecobee thermostat which I can now use to control the unit remotely through wifi. This has already saved me time and money. The unit works great so far and just in time for the AZ summer heat! Ask for Travis.

Travis and his crew did a great job getting my ac back up and running, he was on time and also wasn't as expensive as the other quotes I had received. He explained why it broke, what parts we need to fix to get up and running again and what I should probably get done soon to not have another break down. Travis was mindful of my budget and didn't try to pressure me into something I couldn't afford at the time. Travis is a straight shooter 5 stars!
