AIR JORDAN AC AND HEATING LLC

I had my AC installed in mid August. A week later I had some questions and I am unhappy with my new AC unit. I called them 1 week after the installation. They have never returned my calls or my emails. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do NOT stand behind their work. I wish I never hired this company to install my new AC. I will never recommend this company to anyone. It's very frustrating when I just want to talk to a human to express that I am unhappy with this new AC unit I purchased.

I needed a service on my central air. They were on time and kept me informed of the arrival time and cost. I will contact theem again for service.

Recently had him do an install for me, very friendly and communicative aswell as punctual. He had no problem working in the heat along with answering all my questions in detail. Overall great business will definitely be coming back for any further ac or heating work.

Chris determined that the previous technician didn’t properly diagnose the problem with my system. He rewired the power supply and did NOT have to replace any parts, as the previous technician from another local company misdiagnosed.

Great work by Air Jordan A/C... coils got replaced, Chris took pictures of the work he did and parts he replaced. He explained everything as well and answered any questions i had. overall great service, will call with future needs for sure.

Chris was amazing. I had another company out and quoted me thousands of dollars for repairs and I wanted a second opinion. Chris came out same day and went through my entire system. After, he went over the system with me and showed pictures and explained everything that was going on with my system. Not only did I feel comfortable about the repairs that needed to be done but he was also much cheaper than the other company! I will be recommending him to all my friends and family

Air Jordan AC & Heating was extremely professional and efficient. They serviced my AC just in time for the Arizona heat and did an excellent job. They also installed a new smart thermostat that I can control from my phone, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this company!
