We do not hire out subcontractors; you will only get the Owner of the company when you hire us. Our EIN # is 20-4250549. We do not charge a trip charge for a bid or estimate. We can quote right over the phone what the charges will be when you are ready to hire. Our initial service fee is $60.00 for the first room and one hallway; $20.00 for additional rooms; $10.00 for additional hallways and/or walk in closets or bathrooms. Staircases are priced at $2.00 per stair. We offer protective sealer which is $20.00 for the first room; $15.00 for any additional rooms; $5.00 for hallways/walk in closets and $1.00 per stair. For example, bonnet carpet cleaning averages around $150 since it’s more surface-level. However, due to its complexity, hot water extraction cleaning averages closer to $400.
Sometimes, carpets can no longer be saved and must be replaced. There are signs that you need to replace your carpet, such as stains that are impossible to remove or a smell that lingers on your carpet. And sometimes, the age of the carpet is the tell-tale sign that it needs replacing. Most carpet manufacturers say carpets should last for 10 years with proper care.
How often you should clean your carpets is really dependent on how much dirt and traffic they see. At a minimum, your carpets should be cleaned once or twice a year.
