We can quote right over the phone what the charges will be when you are ready to hire. Our initial service fee is $65.00 for the first room and one hallway; $25.00 for additional rooms; $15.00 for additional hallways and/or walk in closets or bathrooms. Staircases are priced at $2.00 per stair. We offer protective sealer which is $20.00 for the first room; $15.00 for any additional rooms; $5.00 for hallways/walk in closets and $1.00 per stair.
