"June 24, 2025 This company is Not dependable! We Pre scheduled an appointment over a month out and received a text 1 hour prior to arriving they need to rearrange the time. I stated no - then again another text offering 50% off to reschedule- again I said no- too many excuses and lies . I do except a full refund check in the mail by the end of the week ( for our pre paid warranty ) I apologized to the kids ( who I recommended this company to ) for their lack of service by this company and their many excuses . How embarrassing! We praised you for your honesty and reliability from the past but not anymore . You are not dependable! We did not want “ Free” service but we needed your service . I think we were completely accommodating rescheduling a few times to accommodate your family vacation- So we were shocked today when you were an hour out from arriving you came up with many excuses . This is Extremely unprofessional."
