There was considerable debris in the drain as well as a constriction in the connection to the pipe taking water well away from the house. James and his helper arrived at the appointed time and did an outstanding job removing the debris. The fix for the drain to pipe connection took extra effort, with some juryrigging, to ensure minimal water flow restrictions. That job was far superior to the original install.
