They were over within 1 hour and did a thorough inspection of the tank. They quickly diagnosed the issue and with just a $25 part, we had hot water. They could have easily said we needed new elements or even a new tank - but the did not. The were honest, prompt, clean, nice and easy to deal with. "Job was to clean out and repair a 60 ft french drain originally installed to keep rain water away from the house. There was considerable debris in the drain as well as a constriction in the connection to the pipe taking water well away from the house. James and his helper arrived at the appointed time and did an outstanding job removing the debris. The fix for the drain to pipe connection took extra effort, with some juryrigging, to ensure minimal water flow restrictions. That job was far superior to the original install. All in all, the work was well done and I would definitely hire James again."

The office called again to say the service rep would arrive within 30 minutes. Jim arrived and properly identified himself. He was very professional and showed me that the drain was not clogged . Dishwasher worked but Jim (Service rep) believes it is an appliance issue. No charge for service. Would highly recommend"
