"Job was to clean out and repair a 60 ft french drain originally installed to keep rain water away from the house. There was considerable debris in the drain as well as a constriction in the connection to the pipe taking water well away from the house. James and his helper arrived at the appointed time and did an outstanding job removing the debris. The fix for the drain to pipe connection took extra effort, with some juryrigging, to ensure minimal water flow restrictions. That job was far superior to the original install. All in all, the work was well done and I would definitely hire James again."

He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."
