Derek was very professional, I told him what I needed done, he gave my a price to have all work done. I wasn’t sure if I was going to have the work done but he explained everything. He was in and out in an hour and half, cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use Bumblebees again, all because of Derek. Thanks for a great job."

"The plumber was courteous and finally corrected the outbound pipe clog problem by using a snake to clear the obstruction as I said the last plumber had done about 3-4 years ago. The process could have been finished a lot faster but Richard used a camera before and after snaking the pipes. The first video provided a clear picture of how bad my pipes were clogged and the second showed how clean they were after snaking the pipes. Using the camera was cool but a little time consuming. I guess the price charged is the going rate for plumbers these day but it was not cheap. We can run our cloths washer again without water overflowing the drains so we are happy."
