Both claims turned out to be false. We had to seek external help for insurance, and despite promises, they wanted to damage our kitchen floor and we had to come up with a solution that came with additional cost unaccounted for. 3. **Dishwasher Oversight** - A critical error involving the dishwasher line was ignored until we identified it. This required additional, costly fixes that Rooter Ranger failed to cover or manage professionally. 4. **Workmanship Issues** - Structural mistakes, uneven concrete, and poorly installed plumbing were common throughout the job. For instance, toilets were installed improperly, and the master bathroom plumbing still leaks. 5. **Permit and Inspection Failures** - The permit process was mismanaged, leading to failed inspections. We still have leaks, we feel we have been ripped off and still no idea we have passed city inspection.
