Great! Fred was courteous, prompt, and respectful--which means a great deal to me. Once at my home, he got to work right away, and got the repairs completed. He charged me a reasonable amount, and I would definitely call him again for future repairs or estimates.

They had to reschedule, because his other job had an emergency. When he did show, was on time but in uniform for another landscape company. took 15 min to evaluate and give me an estimate for Approx $600 to rebuild all valves. Two needed new diaghrams, and a couple of screws were stripped. But they only work on what they install - so had to completely rebuild valve box - I said NO. still had to pay for estimate.

Did a great job. Fred really knows his stuff. He brought in a crew to dig up and replace the brick patio that the split line was located under - very professional, can't tell it was dug up. Will use his services for any future irrigation needs.

The control box installed just four years ago was fried.  Fred tried to repair the old one before replacement.  
He programed the new control box for winter use.  
Fred is definitely a wealth of information.  His rates are reasonable.  
He answered his phone on Sunday, when I called for service.  The review that said he didn't not return call concerns me, as I found this to not be true.

90 mins later and all was done. "Mark" seemed concerned about working as fast as he could to keep down the man hours. I had gotten an estimate earlier that was nearly 65% MORE and I assured him that an extra half hour was still way below the original estimate from another competitor. A friend was visiting me at the time the repairs were done and she was so impressed she vowed to call them to look at her faulty irrigation issues. I was anxious after the first estimate and so relieved with this price and a job well done. They will ALWAYS have my irrigation business!

He arrived right on time. My valves were leaking and he repaired them, realigned heads. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about the system and how to use it. He went right to work, was excellent at his job. I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their system. The whole experience was pleasant and a job well done. What more could you ask.
