On on the following day, another plumber did the job the following for $158.00. "

This required additional, costly fixes that Rooter Ranger failed to cover or manage professionally. 4. **Workmanship Issues** - Structural mistakes, uneven concrete, and poorly installed plumbing were common throughout the job. Their poor communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of quality control left us frustrated and forced to handle their oversights ourselves. We still have leaks, we feel we have been ripped off and still no idea we have passed city inspection. We would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable or professional plumbing services."

They scheduled me for the same day. Juan arrived 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a couple of hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. "I previously gave this company 5 stars. I take it all back. This company is not someone you want to deal with. They are just out to make a buck. They helped us out in a pinch and we signed up for their 5 yr (2x/yr $1,000) maintenance contract. When something went wrong with our 4 yr old system they told us the entire system needed to be replaced ($9,400). Got two second opinions and had repairs done (most parts under warranty) for under $1,800. When I asked to cancel the maintenance contract they said we had used $1,000 worth of services in 3 visits and would not refund a penny. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY - Like I am."
