On on the following day, another plumber did the job the following for $158.00. "

This required additional, costly fixes that Rooter Ranger failed to cover or manage professionally. 4. **Workmanship Issues** - Structural mistakes, uneven concrete, and poorly installed plumbing were common throughout the job. For instance, toilets were installed improperly, and the master bathroom plumbing still leaks. 5. **Permit and Inspection Failures** - The permit process was mismanaged, leading to failed inspections. Their poor communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of quality control left us frustrated and forced to handle their oversights ourselves. We still have leaks, we feel we have been ripped off and still no idea we have passed city inspection. We would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable or professional plumbing services."

Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
