From the estimate process, through the HOA approval process (which resulted in at least 2 changes in the scope of the job), Walter was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. They were here immediately after the HOA approval was obtained, job was completed in 2 days (original estimate was 3-4 days) including an additional task of caulking/painting vents on the roof. The painters themselves were outstanding - very meticulous (and I'm very picky), pleasant and unobtrusive. Their prep work was beyond my expectations (patching, taping, masking of windows/doors) and I haven't found any paint where it wasn't supposed to be. They cleaned up afterwards, put all the furniture back and generally went above and beyond.
