We had him install a new foam roof on our office building and between him or his dad being on sight to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. Was low cost bidder. After 2 years roof developed minor leaks. Could not get company to reinspect or even call me back. Warranty they provided was of no value. Sorry my only alternative was to write this review. And inform others.

After interviewing 5 residential roofers, I chose W & D Roofing & Contracting. It is a small, established Tucson family business who are licensed, bonded, insured, experienced, professional. Their roofing team is too. This was for replacing a 30+ year old flat roof. They tore off my old rotted roof, replaced the plywood base, increased the size of the scuppers to take rain off the roof quickly, gave it a slight pitch, added upper heat pump level drainage. They cleaned up and left my yard in pristine condition. My flat roof had been leaking before I moved into my house in 2019. This is my first house, so I was inexperienced in this whole process. And, they were the cheapest bid. No one had been able to fix it by patching, or sealing it. I had a tight timeline in mind of 2-1/2 weeks, and they fit me into their schedule. And, just in time. I have already had 5 rains on my new roof, and it is holding tight. No leaks/no worries. I highly recommend W & D!

Great follow up to troubleshoot a final issue which they did not charge extra. Family owned business. Hard workers and very diligent.

Workers were polite and kept busy the entire time. They cleaned everything up before they left. You couldn't even tell they were here. The roof looks good. We are very satisfied with their work.

I was contacted fast and had an inspection appt within a couple days. The quote was excellent for the work required, and the job was completed shortly thereafter. Clean up was fantastic, too. The crew was professional and friendly, communication was superb, and all questions were answered quickly. W & D are rolodex keepers! (For you youngsters… a rolodex is synonymous to a contact list lol)

W&D Roofing and Contracting patched and coated my roof. All the people I dealt with were extremely professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the work was exceptional.

Great family run business. Thorough explanation of problems with pictures. Power washed on one day and repaired/coated a couple of days later. Very happy with service. Will use again going forward.

other than steam cleaning the roof on a different day, they did all the work on my flat roof in a few hours.

I felt very comfortable with this company. They used the sealant that I wanted and were finished with the job in two days. I would recommend them to family and friends.
