James showed up on time. And performed the Roof Max coating. He also resealed around the various flashing areas. I will inspect later, but from I can see from the ground, it looks great. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to extend the life of your roof. Great contractor.

I contacted the company on Friday, and William arrived the same day for a consultation. The company's rates were excellent in comparison to other estimates. Within a week, his team was on-site working on my roof, which was completed in two days. We also opted to have our house painted since we received a substantial discount, and that was finished in just one day. His team was extremely professional and comprised of wonderful individuals! The painting crew ensured that you were pleased with their work. William visited daily to check on his team and to confirm that you were content with the progress of the project.

AZ Quality Roofing and Painting went above and beyond my expectations for painting my property. Everything they said they would do, they did, plus they did the little extras to make the finished product look great overall. Each crew member was polite, fun to talk to. This was a solid team to work on my family home.

James was very professional. He followed up in a timely fashion.

This company did excellent work communication was alright but above that very good prices I recommend them.

I appreciate these two gentlemen father & son who I felt a great vibe with first meeting …they looked my roof and told me exactly what they would do and did at the negotiated price which was $8500 less than another estimate for the very same work, what a life saver for a senior on a fixed income and did this in a timely fashion and cleaned up afterwards, they who you want for roof patching & coating … I thank them so much !!!!

Isaac,James and their crew were excellent! Everything we discussed regarding the re-roofing was done exceptionally well. Their cleanup was “spot on”! My wife and I highly recommend AZ Quality Painting & Roofing !

James was very attentive to detail and easy to communicate with.

I like that they are a father/son business, no pressure, took pics/vids of entire process to keep us updated, from start to finish was less then 4 days and their old-school business mentality of doing what they said. It would be dumb not to use them

Soit came time to get my roof replaced/fix & we knew we were basically going to have to win the lottery to pay for it 😆. I got estimates from about 6 places including AZ Quality Painting & Roof. We went with them for a few reasons, first its a father/son owned small business, 2nd the Son James was very knowledgeable ZERO pressure & answered all my questions & 3rd, payment is due once complete which in my opinion is a VERY big indicator of trust & quality. These guys seem to do business on a handshake, I mean when they tell you somethings going to be done, it's done. The crew started at around 5am on 8/19, worked 12-13 hrs days & I'm writing this review at 1240pm on 8/22 & jobs is complete. James took me up to check it out, showed me progress pics/video(proof of all the work), and still was available if I needed/wanted anything else. From start to finish we didn't have one issue & they made us feel in charge & comfortable the entire process. If I could give 100 stars I would. If you need your roof done it would be stupid not to go with these guys. They charged an EXTREMELY fair price and held up thier end of the deal. One thing ill note is, sometimes you never know what to expect when the crew shows up but thier crew was the most polite, hard working awesome guys out there. I'm extremely happy I went with them plus we were able to help support a small business. Id also like to say that the gentleman who started this business, something like 45+ yrs agao(we will call him Pops) you can tell Pops is old school business(which I LOVE). Pops built this business off of hardworking, trust and not screwing people over. You don't find that nowadays and his son James is filling his shoes to the tee.. Great jobs boys we love it and will be referring as many people as we possibly can to you

James came out the day after I contacted them, checked out the issue on my roof, and gave me a reasonable quote with an option for a sealer. The team came out the next week and completed the repair as agreed. Professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.

They did the estimate and minor tile repairs the same day for a fair price.

They completely destroyed my curtain rods. Promised to replace one. Sent me a text, after, I got in touch with them. said. I quoted, they could not do anything else for me. I paid them $2000. More than his son had quoted. They did such a terrible job, I stopped payment on my check. They called came out fixed a few things. They could not paint or do anything for me even if it was free. I wish them well..

Ike and his team were professional, respectful of our property and provided great advice on how to make our place look its best. Ike was very responsive at every step of the way in completing our project ... to paint the fascia boards and gutters on our home. In completing the work, he identified other small tasks that needed to be addressed, and had his crew complete them at no additional cost to us. We look forward to working with him on future projects around the house.
