"I was able to meet with Michael a week or so after my initial call to the company. He came to my home to view the site and discuss the details of what I wanted to have done. I appreciated his suggestions, and the photos he was able to provide gave me a good idea of how it would turn out. A remaining concern was getting it done by July 11.
