They completed the work in less time than planned, cleaned up after themselves and just made themselves part of the family! I have 5 pets and they took time to get to know them, so that they'd feel comfortable with everything that was going on in their space

    I will never use anybody else because they do really excellent work and their price is goo. They are very reliable. They are confident in doing things right. One of the owners in this company is very good and very detailed and particular about things. He calls me and confirms several times and makes sure what exactly I want. He also have come many times to show the sample and very professional. I would rate them high overall. I would recommend them to anyone and would continue to use their services in the future

    Steve showed up right on time (8am) to give a bid but when he looked over the work that needed to be done he offered to start and complete the Deck work required right then and there. I said yes and he removed the older composite deck up on the second floor right in the hot sun. There were lots of stripped and broken screws that required removal. Steve is fast, honest and professional. He has years of experience which made the job go quickly. After all his work he only wanted $50.00 I gave him $100.00. I feel lucky that I was able to find someone like this and I can highly recommend him

    Absolutely amazing! I had a water leak which my landlord neglected for several months. I called Josh at ASAP Restoration and he went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He called my landlord to help rectify the situation, got testing done incredibly fast, sent emails so I was educated on what I was dealing with, sent texts to make sure I knew each step of what was happening.     It is hard to review this company. The contractor they sent to do my widows was great! His name is Heath Coffield from Coffield construction. So, this company does have great work. However, their customer services outside of the contractor they hired is not great. They will go weeks on end without giving you any type of update and since they do not notate things will, there was miscommunication

    <p>Initial contact went well.&nbsp; I talked with the Office Manager as she the job.&nbsp; I sent the dimensions, a picture of where I had removed old cabinet and a picture of the door from the new vanity I had installed.&nbsp; I understood that this would be done on a as can basis.&nbsp; I expected a couple of weeks, though now the Office Manager is saying she said sometime in June.</p> <p>This initial contact was complete on May 21 and they said&nbsp;they would go ahead and order the door. </p> <p>On June 4, I requested an update via email -- no response received.</p> <p>On June 14, I called and was told that the base cabinet was built and they were waiting on the special order door,</p> <p>On June 25, I requested an update via email and received an email response that no progress had been made as they were busy on other jobs.</p> <p>On July 13, I requested an update via email and received a response from the Office Manager to call her.I called back immediately and was told that my cabinet had been damaged by their application of lacquer and that they would not complete the order.</p> <p>Points:</p> <p>1, When they told me would not complete the order, they made no effort to fix/redo or even recommend somewhere else that I could go.</p> <p>2. Sometime&nbsp;between June 25 and July 13 they were aware that they would not be completing the order.&nbsp; They did not make any effort to contact me, rather waited till I followed up.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;At no time in this process did they ever initiate&nbsp; any contact regarding status/issues/etc,,<br /> <br /></p> <br /
