I scheduled an appointment for him to view our streets and make recommendations and give a quote. He arrived on time, viewed our situation and provided a quote promptly. I received other quotes as well but they recommended considerable more work and much more expense. When I discussed the differences with Terry, he explained why his recommendation for a lot less work and expense at this time was really the better alternative. We awarded him the contract for his price and his integrity. He was on site with his people all day and they did an excellent job. We did not receive a single complaint from any homeowners about the experience. His work still looks good and we have no issues to date

Our driveway is clay colored and the garage was going to be their Granite color so we were going to have a gray strip between the two. Tom suggested they stain that section to match it closer. So we did. Not a prefect match but it looks much better than if we had not done it. The techs that did the prep and coatings were great. They were very courteous and again very professional. "They were very polite and if they're going to be late or early, they call. They did their job. It was pricy but he told me that the next time he comes back and depending on my preference, the service should last 3-5 years and then the savings would be a lot of things because they don't have to do that much and they give you a discount too. I will use them again. They charged me per footage and he showed me pictures of his work.

"I called on the afternoon of March 23, 2011 and the phone was answered on the second ring. The person on the phone understood my need for the pressure reduction valve and secheduled a tech for first the thing the next morning. Chris arrived one time. He was professional and friendly. He gave me a written quote on the install. He started the work and noticed the way the watering system for my plants and grass was not code and that non drinking water was more than likely back flowing into the house. He suggested a one way valve. I had it installed also.
