In addition to the hardscape, they also installed synthetic turf, a new irrigation system, landscape rocks, and many plants and trees. This was a large job with a lot of coordination and timing of projects involved. Ravi and his crew took care of everything. They did all this at a fair and reasonable price. I could talk to any of the crew and they were helpful - friendly, too! If I called Steve and left a message, he called right back. He even called after the job was completed to see how everything looked (it looked great, by the way!). Although I did not know a lot about the process, Steve never made me feel ignorant for the clarifications I requested. He was always available to assist and he genuinely wanted me to understand - it was a good move on his part because I had a greater appreciation for the work that was completed for us. Because of a conflict/unforeseen event in our neighborhood, by no fault of his nor ours, with short notice, I had to postpone the start date that we were booked for. Steve understood, was gracious about it, and within days we were rescheduled for another suitable time. This company was great to work with.
