Although I did not know a lot about the process, Steve never made me feel ignorant for the clarifications I requested. He was always available to assist and he genuinely wanted me to understand - it was a good move on his part because I had a greater appreciation for the work that was completed for us. Because of a conflict/unforeseen event in our neighborhood, by no fault of his nor ours, with short notice, I had to postpone the start date that we were booked for. Steve understood, was gracious about it, and within days we were rescheduled for another suitable time. This company was great to work with.
