Although I did not know a lot about the process, Steve never made me feel ignorant for the clarifications I requested. He was always available to assist and he genuinely wanted me to understand - it was a good move on his part because I had a greater appreciation for the work that was completed for us. Because of a conflict/unforeseen event in our neighborhood, by no fault of his nor ours, with short notice, I had to postpone the start date that we were booked for.
