Green Valley Garage Doors

Before I left the Angie's List website after requesting 3 quotes to replace a garage door spring that had just broken, Green Valley Garage Doors was calling me on the phone, (on a Sunday afternoon) asking what they could help me with. They had an A rating with virtually all extremely positive reviews. The quoted price seemed reasonable and I was told a representative would be at my house at 9:00 Monday morning and I agreed to have them do the job. Gavin arrived on time the next day and was very professional, completed the job and also fully serviced the garage door. Was very pleased with their service and definitely will contact them in the future if I need additional service for the garage door. Also, the new spring has a 3-year warranty. Price charged was the same as I was quoted over the phone.

John from Green Valley Garage Doors arrived first thing the following day. (They could have come the same day, but we had other prior committments.) John identified the problem quickly and had the necessary parts to repair the problem. He also showed me how to perform semi-annual maintenance (even though he could have suggested calling them to do the maintenance and I wouldn't have known better).

No issues. They showed up at no charge to look things over, then sold me what I needed, then when the doors came in they brought them by to install them. They were on time and the install was perfect - no issues. The price seemed a bit high but that's at least in part because I opted for the better quality option.

I called because the garage door was very noisy and would stop during opening.  Chris arrived on-time and lubricated the door and adjusted the opener.  I was anticipating the need to replace parts, but no new parts were required and lubrication fixed the problem.  I was most impressed with his knowledge and professional manner.

I called Green Valley Garage Doors at 8:15 AM and told them my garage door was stuck down, and asked if they could send someone out? Was told they would send someone out shortly.
At 9:00 AM Gavin came out and replaced the broken spring and tuned up the system and was done at 9:30.
Service was prompt efficient, Gavin was very professional, have used this service in the past and would use them again.

I called GV Garage Doors Wednesday AM--they had a service man out by 1PM. He tried a new circuit board and that didn't help. He replaced the original board and we discussed the problem. After answering a few questions he determined the problem was a small appliance I was using in the garage. He unplugged the appliance and the garage door remotes worked perfectly. The service was prompt, professional and honest--he could have put in a new circuit board and I would have never had a clue. Highly recommend this company.

We called and they were able to send someone out with a few hours. He was professional and informative. He gave us hints to better care for our garage door plus did some basic maintenance work that I believe they do whenever out on a service call. Good price, good work, good attitude.

Chris arrived on time and was very professional. He looked over the motor and told me the motor had plenty of life still and did not need replacement. Our real concern was we only had one remote left and three vehicles. Chris said this was not a problem and sold us three remotes and programmed on site. I have to commend him for his honesty and professional service. When I do need a new garage door opener, I know who am calling.

My garage door was damaged. They skillfully put in new panels and painted the door the correct color.

We were very impressed because we were out-of-state (the house has a tenant) and we were worried we may be overcharged but he was honest, affordable and fast. We will definitely call him again!!

Had a and quot;freezeand quot; experience with the door two days in a row. Door would only open to a and quot;halfand quot; position. The company owner came to the house, did a full maintenance, said we should buy a better garage door opener in the future (probably right) and departed. Price was terrific. Did the job without rushing. Totally pleased with results.

They were completive priced and did great work. They were responsible and reliable.
