We are a local family-owned and operated general contractor and disaster remediation company. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

"Contacted them through Angie's List to setup an appointment to have a tech come look at my friends pool. The appt was for 8-10am. No tech showed up and no call. At 12:30, I called and spoke with Samantha and she said the tech was stuck at a job and will be late, duh. At 3:30 the tech showed and said it will take about 3 hours @ $125/hour to fix a couple leaky pipes. Said we would get the quote shortly from Sam. All night went by and the next morning @ 10, I texted Sam asking about the quote. She said she was waiting for one of her suppliers to open up to get some pricing. She said we should have the quote with the hour. At 1:20 I texted her again requesting a quote. She said she wanted to check to see if her other tech had any of the equipment needed for the job. At 3:30 I texted asking why the delay in getting just a quote. Never heard from her again. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!! NO FOLLOWUP, NO FOLLOW AND TRIES TO OVERPRICE. ***I have since contacted another company. The office called to let us know the tech was on his way; the tech arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and was quoted $240 total from the office within 10 mins from the departure of the tech. Impressive!"
