"Good size odd shape poo with spa. Selected the quartz plaster. They replaced the pool tile also. Price seemed competitive with others. Plastering went well. On time as scheduled. Everything about the replastering was straight forward. They had trouble installing the new pool light. Still not hanging properly. They said will come back when water is warmer so person could get in the water for longer time. I agreed and will call them end of May or early summer. I trust they will complete the job as they seemed reliable and did spend several hours on the light already."

Alex carefully removed the cover, identified & repaired the problem with faulty fixture and replaced the cover so that it appeared to have never been moved. Very professional service with prompt response to calls and quick job completion."

"I had no idea what the problem was, but I knew who to call. We used Parrco before and it went so well that I told myself we found an electrician for life. I called Javier late in the day and told him about the issues. I needed the job done ASAP due to the sale of my home. He had a really busy schedule, but went out of his way to squeeze us in early the next day. He had it figured out right away and never charged me for a special service call. Talk about integrity, you just don't see that anymore in this type of business. He got everything working and even installed a new part to ensure the issues were resolved. "There were defects in a cooler thermostat that I had purchased for Alltech to install, which, by the time it could be identified as "bob," or "bad out of the box," had damaged two fan motors, and I was pleased that Alltech stayed on the problem 'til it could be made right. The installation project itself also had some quirks that Alltech was happy to work out."

"We are in the process of renovating and time was of the essence in getting the plumbing inspected when we discover a neighbor had major plumbing issues and replaced their sewer line.  American Leak Detection responded quickly and it was quite a process to see the live video feed.  They confirmed all our cast iron pipes indeed were deteriorated and there were numerous areas of root intrusion.  Had the cabinets and floors been installed it would have been more costly to rip everything out to get to all the pipes that run throughout the house.  With the new pipes in I hope we don't have any more issues but if it did I wouldn't hesitate to call them asap!
