"I do not personally recommend to hire this company. They initially installed this gutter right in front of the door of my parents and I truly believe this should have never been installed this way. My parents did not realize how this would turn out. While the employees explained it to my understanding, my Mother did not expect this to be the result. I personally believe that they should have refused to do it. While they did come make it right after the installation, and for that my parents are thankful as am I. The professionalism of it all and how it was handled in my opinion was subpar. If you want nice gutters they can provide them, and they will come make it right once contacted if you're not happy with the work. I'll give them that. But again, in my opinion, the customer service portion was not pleasant. The two employees that work for them however are super nice and kind. I would like to note that these are opinions based on our personal experience with them and each individual may have a different experience than we did. I am in no way attempting to misconstrue facts or lie, just relaying my experience."
