Completion was quoted in 5-6 days and work was finished in 5 days. The optional damaged wood agreement was fairly priced and the wood repaired and painted. No ladder to reach arched windows and wipe off seals from cleaner dripping down. Only used a small dry paint brush to clean tracks. Some tracks not done. After worker left, found water spots on wood coffee table. This isn’t a 5star company at all. Disappointed.

Sebastion went through the list of jobs to be competed in two days with me before starting and introduced me to Preston who worked two days and Wayne who worked one of the days. They immediately got to work. They were professional, and completed the items in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area they worked on. Preston was able to remove the top garage frame which was water damaged without affecting the side frames. He good the wood for the top frame, caulked the area above the frame to protect the wood and painted the entire frame. He painted above the frame with paint that matched the stucco. He was pleasant and seem to take pride in his work. I would hire them again.

This is a great company. I called after hours so I had to leave a message but I got a call back from Justin in a very timely manner. He came over and explained the process and how everything would go. The two installers who showed up to do the work gave me a call about 30 minutes prior to arriving which was very appreciated. They then took the time to walk around and plan out the best setup to use around my back patio, even noticing and taking into consideration the bowing along part of my patio that unfortunately happened due to some water damage and warping. They ran water down both gutter routes to ensure things were all set right before leaving. It all came together perfectly and looks great. To top it off, all 3 of the employees of Flow-Rite were great to work with and professional.

It went very well. I contacted Jose and my call was returned within 10 minutes. He came over the same day to review the work I wanted done and provided a very appropriate quote. He scheduled a time with me to return to complete the work. He actually had an opening in his schedule and came a day early which worked out well for me. I told him that I wanted to keep my desert landscaping as natural as possible (no totally round bushes) and he took the time to trim a few bushes and got my input before moving on to the rest to confirm he was meeting my expectations. I really appreciated this. Based the excellent work he completed on the full clean up I contracted with him to return every two weeks to keep my yard in shape. Thank you Jose!!
