problem down the road don would not stand behind his work part of the flat roof was not sealed down in fact he would not even come look at it, leaked ruined plywood had to have a different roofer come repair his mistake at my cost did a good job for the most part, but i would not use them again

APR took very good care of the surroundings while they were roofing and cleaned up every day so there was no debris or dirt left lying around. Don also sent progress photos at the end of every day - a really nice touch. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.

It was beyond my expectations. The company goes the extra mIle and is for you ready if you have some issues to address during and after the job is done. During the work the owner of the company guides you through the process and keeps you up to date whatâ s happening. Truly exception work from start to finish. Well trained and exceptionally supervised and motivated crew. Don is transparent in terms of cost, and he and his team did everything promised. Don clearly has a passion for doing the job right the first time. The job was completed while I was on a business trip, and the photos along the way gave me complete confidence in what was being done in my absence. The team completed the job in two days as promised. When I returned home, you'd never know that the work had been done as the site was pristine. Wish Don would his expand his business so I could hire him and to do other work. There are companies that might do the work for a lower price, but they will not provide comparable value. Go with this company - you'll be thankful you did.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The job was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. The crew was expert, efficient and conscientious about cleanup. Don, the owner, kept me updated at each step. But most notable about this experience was that they found they had to completely redo all the flashing where the roof meets the house wall, and replace more tile than they took off because the builder had cut corners. Don never faltered â he had promised a complete, correct, code compliant job and that is what he delivered. It took a little longer, and no doubt affected his bottom line, but he made it right. That is integrity not often seen these days. Oh, and they still got the job done faster than the other companies had quoted. I very highly recommend Advanced Precision Roofing.

Was great right from the start , quick and very easy bid for the asphalt roof, showed up on time with extra crew and completed the project in record time, only mishap was a few boards which needed to be replaced, but they ran right back the next day and took care of it, its all about great customer care and these guys nailed it.
