I can't say enough about Arcadia Roofing. I had dealt with roofers coming out and not sending a quote, roofers giving a quote and not wanting to start the job for months, etc., Finally I went to Angie's list. That is where I found Arcadia Roofing. Not only did they come out within 2 days to measure, but I had a quote by the end of that day. They did not walk all over my roof and break tiles like the last few roofers who had been out. They were very respectful of my property and answered every question I emailed them (and there were a LOT). When they scheduled the job, they were prepared and once they started, they did not stop till the entire job was completed. I would highly recommend them. You can't even tell anyone was working in or around my house. Every nail, piece of paper, plastic, etc was picked up. Drop cloths were laid out prior to start to catch as much as possible and protect my property. I would absolutely higher them again.

They repaired a section of our roof and replaced our back patio roof. They also provided us with a 2 year roof certification stating that the roof moisture free for two years. They are now claiming that they did not do the repair nor certify the roof. We have the certification in writing.

Tommy was very prompt in following up from my phone call. He is a very professional and very pleasant person to work with.
I asked him for an estimate for the cost of a new roof, and he followed up on this later in the afternoon.
His estimate was reasonable.
He told me that my roof was still in good condition, but when the time comes for a new roof, I will be utilizing his services.

I just about an older house built in 1940 and I wanted to put a new roof on before installing solar panels. Tommy told me I had about 3-5 years remaining on the existing roof. Another company told me the same. However, wanting to put solar panels on the house I requested the entire roof be replaced. Tommy's bid was very competitive and based on the other reviews here I chose them to do the job. Tommy is very responsive via e-mail and kept me informed about the process throughout. There was unfortunately one big - surprise. With it being an older house, under the existing asphalt shingles were wood shingles and no plywood. So, to bring it up to code, the entire roof needed plywood and underlayment. This added to the cost substantially, but the price was fair and Tommy was sympathetic, understanding, and flexible about the unanticipated extra cost. The entire removal and replacement took about 5-6 days and they were sure to beat the forecasted rain. The work was done very well and looks great. Some of the crew left some debris in odd places, but once I let Tommy know, he took care of it within hours.
I strongly recommend this company. They are honest. Prices are fair. The work is quality. I have a few other rental properties and will be sure to use again.

We hired this company last year to put on a new roof. They were meticulous from the beginning which made us feel more comfortable that this company was particularly careful to do a good job. We were very satisfied and it looks great! This past week I noticed, when leaving for work, that a roof shingle had lifted and I didn't want it to get worse so I called Arcadia Roofing that morning. I had to leave a message but my call was returned within a few minutes. Tommy Leale, the manager, called me back and I explained the situation to him. He stated that he would have someone out here withing a day or so and it would be taken care of. The very next morning, before 7:30, the man that had originally installed our roof last year was at my door. I showed him the problem and he stated that he would have it fixed in a couple of minutes and that he would also inspected the rest of the roof to make sure other shingles hadn't popped. He did fix the loose shingle and stated that everything on the roof looked perfect. It also was still under warranty so there was no charge but I was so please at how fast this company responded and how clear Tommy Leale made it that it would be taken care of. I would recommend this company to everyone and will continue to use Arcadia Roofing for years to come. If I could give this company a and quot;STARand quot; rating, I would give them TEN !!

After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Arcadia Roofing as they were the most professional and offered the most experience and value. They were on time and cleaned up after the job was finished. The company met all of our needs and demands and I would highly recommend them.

The crew started on the date promised and were on time every day till finished. They were able to secure the roof so that it would not leak during the rainy periods. The turbines installed work great and the roof looks fantastic. GAF was the manufacturer of the shingles that was used and was recommended. We had a choice of other brands but in doing the research, we liked the colors offered and the quality of the shingles. A new roof always looks curly when it is first laid down but this roof, when finished, was nice and flat. I was not expecting it to lay so flat right away. We are very, very happy with the workmanship, the price, and the professionalism all the employees displayed. We worked a lot with the owner, Tommy Leale and was very responsive to all our questions and requests. We did find it was much easier to communicate with him thru our email. With today's technology, using the cell phones, I believe our emails were sent directly to his cell phone and it was much easier and faster for him to respond in a timely matter.
This is a great company and they worked very hard to meet all of our demands! We plan to use this company again if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Responded quickly to my request for a written bid. Did the work on time, but had to return 3 times to fix the same problem replacing a condensation pipe attached to roof air conditioner which had been moved so the roof could be repaired.

They were very timely, responsive, and did excellent work.

The estimate was given to me within a few hours of their visit to look at my roof. I hired them because they had the best bid but also because they explained every step to me. Workers arrived on time for each step of the process and my yard was always clean when they finished. After the final elastomeric coating, I went up on the roof (once it was set) and noticed an area where the coating wasn't solid. Tommy and Gary came out to look it over the day that I called and had the area resealed within a few days. My roof looks amazing and should last for several years.

We were satisfied with them! They worked very hard and quickly to finish the work in a good amount of time. They had a great clean up crew and were able to answer all of our questions. I would recommend them because the roof looks fantastic and they were very professional.

WE RECEIVED ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT PRICES FOR A NEW ROOF, ANYWHERE FROM $7500.00 TO $5500.00. THE OTHER COMPANIES WERE HAVING US BUY MORE THEN WE NEEDED. ALL-RITE WAS VERY NICE TO US AND TOLD US WHAT WE NEED TO HAVE OUR ROOF LAST FOR ANOTHER 27 YEARS.
