Connie, Office Manager, did a great job of following up to schedule the project. We discussed details of the project. We were given a quote. She scheduled according to our time schedule which had been challenged holidays etc. Great customer service. Ron, the owner, and his assistant, showed up when they said they would, matched the existing grout with new grout, cut stone to fix problems and created new grout lines. Cleaned and sealed! Looks like new after being originally installed in 1996. They even made certain that the dog was secure in the yard before leaving each day! Wonderful to work with!

Scheduling first the estimate Connie, and then the work with the owner, was a pleasant experience! It happened that the owner, who gave the estimate was able to schedule the work the next day. He and his assistant were most professional, obviously knew what he was doing with a history of excellent performance. Job was done in about 4 hours and the area left perfectly clean!! Attached picture shows the repair area and its excellent match with the rest of the area!

Grout Lines USA did an extraordinary job on my floors. The grout lines were different colors, stained, and a true eyesore. For years I struggled finding someone to help me address the problem which says a lot when Ron stopped by and stepped up to the plate. He was one of three quotes which wasn't the cheapest, but definitely very reasonable. You get what you pay for, and I would have paid more. The wife and I are beyond impressed with the outcome, and we will definitely be recommending Ron and his team to our family and friends. Ron, the owner, is an easygoing guy and he walks you through the process from the beginning to the end. No surprises. Our cracked tiles were replaced as scheduled and the work was "top notch"; however, I was disappointed when we were charged extra for the mortor that we felt should have been included in their quote. They dyed and sealed the grout in our two bathrooms and that turned out great. The grout looks really good and clean. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed.

We had a small job (three severely cracked & "tented" porcelain floor tiles). The owner, Ron Martin, responded by giving us an in-home estimate and then scheduling a repair. Ron & his crew arrived as scheduled & completed the job flawlessly. Tiles were cut expertly and grout was installed perfectly. The crew cleaned up after finishing the job & Ron provided excellent advice regarding maintaining the replaced tile. Ron, his wife Connie (company contact & scheduler) & his crew are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If you're looking for someone to repair the ceramic tile in your home, I highly recommend Grout Lines USA. When I first called, I was shocked that a real person answered the phone and I didn't have to leave a message. Connie was very helpful and scheduled Ron to come out and give me a free estimate. Ron arrived when he said he would and his estimate was reasonable. Other companies wanted pictures to quote from, asked me the number of tile involved (like how am I going to know) and said I needed twice as many replacement tiles on hand. Ron is knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced only the tile that were cracked and then cleaned and reused the other tiles. There were 13 tiles involved and he only used 4 new tiles. He left the worksite clean. Ron's work is excellent, he is prompt and great to work with.
