"Phenomenal customer service. Our designer was super knowledgeable. He helped us with selection of our tile and answered all of our questions. He even helped us with financing our project. Our project manager informed us of the progress on our project. Installation crew did an incredible job. Couldnt have asked for a better crew. Very courteous and respectful. "Part of the job was to remove the existing tile and carpet; the workers did their best to keep the dust and mess to a minimum. They were very helpful and courteous. The job took a little longer than first estimated but I was very pleased with the results."

"Overall they did pretty good. The work around the baseboards was excellent. They got very sloppy with the grout. The color of the grout and the tile is similar and they left grout on the tile in many areas - I'm not talking about grout haze, but actual grout slathered on to the tile.
Also, I couldn't effectively communicate with the people who were on the job as none of them spoke English.
