"This is the second job I’ve done with Devin and his company. He’s a great guy and knows what he’s doing! We picked plantation style shutters for the front of the house and Black Zebra Blinds for the back. Absolutely beautiful! And he’s a dang Ninja when it comes to installing. I’ll never use another company when it comes to window treatments! Great company and Great Guy! Don’t hesitate!"

"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

"Very pleased with my beautiful shutters, professional service, knowledgeable and friendly."

"They did a great job on the windows they completed (95%) but two windows on the back of the house were missed. When I called Kristin to mention this she said they would take a look when they were "in my area" again. Still waiting to hear from them. No issues with the quality or workmanship of the screens they installed -- they look great. They came out yesterday and installed the final two screens (on one of the hottest days of the year). I appreciate that they finished the job.  "

"Scott is extremely helpful and such a pleasure to work with! We were first-time home buyers with no window treatment knowledge, and Scott showed us all our options and walked us through every step of the process. We ended up choosing plantation shutters throughout and he was SO reasonable (I even received quotes from two other blind/shutter companies)! The installation of the shutters was quick, and they look so beautiful. We'd highly recommend Scott and Bloomin' Blinds!"

"The detail work was very thorough inside and out. The car looked new inside and out. Only minor disappointment was that we had to redo the windows."

"My questions were answered by the salesman and samples provided.I was told shutters would take 6-8 weeks and they took 8.  Not very rapid but worth the wait. The installer was quick and did an excellent job.  The shutters are gorgeous!I had 3 estimates and this was the lowest. "
