The couch they took had been torn up by a dog so there was lots of foam and stuffing falling out of it as they loaded it up in their truck. They cleaned it up promptly and offered to clean all that had fallen out in the living room. The owner Joe also was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. Strangers coming to my house is always a concern but I am definitely going to use them again for another project I have in mind. Would definitely recommend."
