He came to the house to go over what needed to be done, how he would do it and then provided a free estimate. The estimate was very reasonable based on two others I had for the same work. My two story house needed some stucco repairs, as well as ceiling repairs to the back porch in addition to the exterior painting; this was all figured into the estimate. He estimated 2-3 days to complete, this included a power wash the first day. His crew was amazingly skilled and hardworking! "John showed up on Memorial Day to take a look and give me a quote. Not only was he very detailed in what they would be doing, but also very open about cost and followed through 100% on everything. The two man crew that showed up did the most beautiful job of painting my house. It looks brand new. They were respectful and kind. The most important thing that I'd like to mention other than the amazing work that they performed is that I had a morning dove that decided to build a nest on my solar box. They asked me what I would like to do with the bird, and I said, "Can you just shoot her away when you need to paint that area?" Not only did they paint that area perfectly but they placed her nest back where it belonged as she had two little eggs in there and when they were leaving there she was in her nest like nothing ever happened. To me, that means so much that they took the time and care for that bird and her babies. It speaks volumes about this company."

"When I went looking for someone to paint my home, I found it confusing and a bit daunting that there were so many painting companies in Tucson. I picked Arizona Painting Company because of the excellent customer service they brought to the process. They did a complete inspection of my home, pointing out issues that needed to be addressed, then gave me a comparable quote that I decided on over anyone else. The inspector/sales representative then gave me a tentative date to start the project. I was contacted by Arizona Painting Company 2 weeks earlier than the quote date to schedule the complete painting of my home which consisted of the whole exterior including the running board around the eves, the garage door, and the front door. They patched all the stucco and holes in the walls and accepted the color choices I gave them since I live in an HOA community. They assigned me an excellent individual to manage the project. Rene Gonzalez texted me every day to let me know when they would be arriving, did all the preparation on the home, and painted my home in less than three (3) days. I am ecstatic about the results. This Company is top-notch. From start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend them for your external and internal painting needs."

"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

"Initially, I contacted six painting companies. Three of the contacted companies failed to show up. Two of the remaining companies kept trying to sell additional services and did not even provide written quotes. The owner of Marcel Painting came to my house as scheduled and provided a quote the same day. The decision was easy. The crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished on time. Aside from a minor issue with some repairs, the work was excellent. My house will need to be painted again, sometime in the next ten to twelve years and the only call I will make is to Marcel Painting."
