"They did a great job on the windows they completed (95%) but two windows on the back of the house were missed. When I called Kristin to mention this she said they would take a look when they were "in my area" again. Still waiting to hear from them. "They are wood slatted shutters, interior shutters. They did the whole house, probably 16 windows. It's a custom shop. Most of the shutters are factory made - a lot of them overseas. These are made locally. So they're handmade and they're installed by the owner of the company. So, you get the service that comes along with that, which is usually about as good as you can have. We've been handing out his cards for anybody that is interested. We highly recommend him. This is the only thing they do."

"The quote included a time frame of when they would be ready.  They met the due date and were ahead of schedule.  We were called for a day that was good for us and they did not give a long window of time, they were there when they said they would be there.  The installers were polite, clean, and courteous of my floor and walls.  They vacuumed my carpet when they were done.  They left the house looking absolutely stunning.  They were in and out without a hitch and really made our home look terrific.
I would have them come back and do more, but they did it all!  So now all I can do is recommend them to others.
