"We had been referred to Kirk Development by a friend who had given them rave reviews on a major remodel at their home. We were certainly not disappointed! From the inception of the project with Gary as our designer, we were kept informed of the progress and what the schedule would be. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of the project as our superintendent left the company and we were assigned a new superintendent. We were a bit concerned how this would affect the project, but that was an unwarranted concern. Michael stepped in seamlessly and led the remainder of the project beautifully. One thing I appreciated about the way Michael managed our job was a real time calendar he left at our home so I knew when different projects would be worked on and subcontractors would be arriving at the house. It can be tough to "live" through a remodel at your home when you are actually living there, but this made it quite manageable and helped eliminate surprise arrivals. I really appreciated that as a stay at home mom! Also, all the subcontractors we worked with were terrific - very qualified and professional. Our remodel was a bit complicated because of the odd angles in our kitchen, but Gary, Michael, and the rest of the team really helped give us great advice and direction so as to ensure the kitchen functioned for us as well as looked nice aesthetically. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk to anyone who wants a quality product!"

If you are looking for a company that you can trust and that will do great work then I would highly recommend Cook Remodeling. In my project they removed a "skylight" (that was on the side of my house (but ugly) and they patched the ceiling on the inside. If I ever need a remodeling company in the future for anything I will go to them. I actually asked about some other projects, but the owner of the company gave me the names of the contractors that he works with and told me that I would save some money if I went through them for a few different jobs that I was looking into. What I had pictured and had a vision for my master bathroom was exactly what he delivered on. He was also collaborative and felt like a partner as I was making all the decisions for it. Felt like an advocate in my corner the entire way. He was timely with responses and followed through promptly. Also, it was a very fair bid in comparison with other contractors I received bids from. Highly recommend and will plan to use them again on my second bathroom!"

"John and Rik were amazing. They were on time and ready to start. Rik did all the labor, he was incredibly courteous and kind. He would clean up after he was finished and tried not make a whole lot of noice because I needed to sleep during the day. He did not have to, but it was very nice of him. He was kind enough to do a few extra things I needed to get done around the house too. The bathroom looks amazing and I can’t thank both of them enough, especially Rik, his workmanship shows beautifully. I’ll recommend them to anyone I know who needs a remodel done.
