"I’m sorry your were not satisfied with the work that was done. You had hired me after a different pool contractor had abandoned the job and took your money. The pop ups were already broken due to the demolition work that was already done prior to you hiring me to finish out the work. I did replace all the pop ups and made sure they all worked before I received the final payment for the work done. I demonstrated to you that they were all working. There was some splash out from the material being poured but it was easy to clean. I went out there multiple times to make sure you were satisfied with the work before I was paid. You decided you wanted us extend the deck surrounding the pool but did not want us to do the texture or paint it and you would do that portion of it. I only charged you for the concrete work and not the texture and paint. This is what you had agreed on when I gave you my bid."
