Mike & Fred were great from day one to even after final walk through and completion. We had an entire regut and remodel of our pebbletec pool, decking as well. The communication was always excellent and Fred and Mike were always accessible if and when needed. I highly recommend them for any type of work and would always be willing to speak to any potential customer who has questions or want to conduct references. I am incredibly pleased with the work Ryan had done on the filter and pop-up sequencer. I had 2 companies give me quotes, Ryan/Precision Pool Techs (PPT) treated my gear with respect all the way through the process. It may sound disingenuous but I was so thankful at how willing Ryan and PPT were to listen to what I said. I have been servicing my own pool since 1999, and other companies treated me like i was clueless. After all work was done I waited a few weeks to make sure there were no problems, and Ryan made himself available very quickly when I thought a problem had arisen... though one had not. I am exceptionally pleased with Precision Pool Techs and Ryan as their rep.

My pump went down and Precision Pool Techs saved the day with a professional install. They quickly made the right recommendation for my specific pool and were on sight in no time at all to perform the install. Highly recommend this company.

Our pool was damaged by flash flooding with the mud and debris left behind. It required that we replaster, and we decided to extend the cool deck at the same time. The project was great and completed very timely. Mike was good to communicate quickly and thoroughly when we had questions about the process. Fred has been pleasant and did great work each time he came by. We would definitely recommend this company for any remodel or upgrade you might have.

Fred was great to work with as he went above and beyond to research all the options for us for the right pool heater and make sure we were happy with it and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory after it was installed. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family as a top notch pool expert!

Precision Pool Techs installed our electric heat pump and did a great job. We had 5 companies quote the job, and they were one of the lower quotes we received at the same time as presenting themselves as experienced professionals who knew what they were doing. After the heat pump was installed, they spent time answering our questions and ensured that we understood how to operate it while minimizing our electric bill. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will use their services again in the future.

Mike was prompt with returning phone messages. I appreciated that. Job was done quickly without problems. Had one call-back item, but it was resolved immediately. I guess "good old fashion service" does still exist!

They were very nice very respectful men who did the work and actually came back the next day to check his work and make sure that there were no leaks

Mike is awesome! Does what he says and does it very well. Fixed our green pool in just a few days. Discovered the filter was all broken inside and fixed it right away. He sweeps and cleans the pool everytime and doesn't just test the water and leave like our old service did. We love him!
