Also have drainage issues. No where for the water to go because Bruce refused to install drains like we asked. Bruce said the water will be fine. I reached out to Bruce for corrections, but he has not returned to fix the problems or answered messages. The lack of response and attention to detail was very disappointing.?"

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the service was dismissive, and Todd the store owner showed little concern for customer satisfaction. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the process. If you are considering purchasing from this location, I urge you to think twice and be aware they are not a BBB accredited business. They do not stand behind their products or their promises."
