I requested duct cleaning on 7 homes. Found out this week that I was invoiced and paid for all, but they were not all performed. Disappointed. I recommend you use a service that confirms the work with a camera image of the duct

They did an excellent job. They were super communicative and explained everything that would be done. Their price was reasonable and I’m really happy with the job they did.

Buyer beware! I usually don’t take time to write reviews, but this was really bad. After tile and grout cleaning we noticed many areas that were not cleaned well (along with damage done to door frame and edge of wood floor). After calling multiple times to have tech to come out again (tech said they have a 30 day warranty and to call if still have issues with service) the main lady (Tiffany) who oversees the scheduling hung up on my call. And didn’t pick up afterwards!!! Couldn’t believe it. It’s amazing they have high reviews. They are cheaper than others. But in this case you end up not “getting what you pay for”, but worse than what you pay for.

It went well. There wasn't a long wait, arrived on-time. They took care to clean everything well and left no mess. We did the dryer and whole home vent system. Price was fair and I didn't feel like I was being upsold. I would use their service again.

Not so good. Marks from steamer were left in both rugs and they could not be vacuumed out. Left a message about the issue and no call bank from scheduler. Repeated calls, then finally called the technician. Call finally came saying they would reschedule when he was in the area, No call. Called tec again and was rescheduled. Carpet better but not great. will call another company to see if they can fix the issue.

It seemed to go well but even before he left, I noticed where he missed spots and had to ask him again to do them. My carpet is brand new so a very easy clean. I told him I was going to use my black light on the carpet to make sure those few spots were up. I even had tape on the floor where there were urine spots. ( hard to see them in the light of day). That night after checking with the black light, yes there were still spots where he missed or quickly went over. He didn’t even put in the necessary effort to do extra effort on those few spots. I called him to have him fix what was required from the start and he was rude, arguing about it was too hard to come all the way to my house again, since I wasn’t going to pay him additional money. Finally after hearing him boast about the great job he did, he said his wife would call snd set up an appt. She never called and it has been weeks and now they don’t answer the phone when I try to contact them. This guy did not use soap or enzymes. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted them. I would have liked something. I wasted a lot of money on a poor job. Get someone else if you want the job done right the first time. This company is not for you

They did a great job. Cleaned everything out and reattached the hose to the dryer.

Service was great, did a cleaning after moving out and carpets and tile look great.

Here on time, did work quickly and accurately, finished when he said he would, gave me paper with work explained, I paid him. Very nice.

Great job... even went on roof and found that the vent cap was off and laying next to the vent pipe, bird’s had built a nest in the vent which was the main cause of blockage... He reattached the cap with sheet metal screws now extra charge.

Tim arrived a few minutes early and started his work without hesitation. He was able to clean carpets that included major stained areas. Tim's work was amazing and as always professional and friendly.

At first I thought I had found a great little company. On the phone Tiffany said all the right things to gain my trust. The results after the fact were terrible. The edges of the tile were not clean. They came back and the result was the same. The hose they used for the tile left water marks and a foot print on my wood floor because they did not wipe it up. I had them power wash my back yard. They unplugged my refrigerator which should not have been done in the first place, but then did not plug it back in. I lost 150.00 worth of food. The dirt from the yard was just sprayed in to the corner. Left a muddy mess. Did not bother to move the barbecue grill that is on wheels or behind other easily moveable items. I have done a better job with a hose which is what I ended up having to do. The worst part is the one time they answered my call they said they would refund part of the money. They never did and have never returned my phone calls or emails. I always like to give a company a chance to remedy the problem and I rarely leave complaints on websites because I know how much damage it can do to a small company. I was left no choice. I would be very pleased to have the situation remedied.

Great job, on time, courteous, and friendly. I'll use them again next year.
