Everyone at Brandi Carpet was great. I had checked 3 carpet dealers and Brandi had the best quality at the best price by far. I was able to bring a sample home so that I was able to choose a color in the room where it was going to be installed. The measuring and ordering went perfectly. The carpet installers came when they said they would and did and excellent job of removing the old carpet and installing the new. I love how it looks and was thrilled with the whole process. I definitely recommend Brandi Carpet.

The whole process was great! At the store, Chris walked us through all the ups and downs of various products and let us choose wisely without pressure. Once we purchase the planks, Devon the installer came out and did an outstanding job. Everything looks perfect.

Brandi Carpet is by far one of the best experiences I've had yet with my house renovation project. Very helpful throughout the whole process. My carpet was installed perfect and looks beautiful! Awesome company. Chris spent a long time helping us figure out the best carpet for our situation. The installation was quick. The crew was terrific. When the furniture had to be moved back they made sure everything was put back just perfectly. For the price and overall experience I am thrilled. Five stars all the way.

Upon purchase, our home featured generic neutral-colored berber carpet. Fifteen years and several animals later, even after regular cleanings, it was a gray dingy ugly mess. It was time to “bite the bullet” and replace it. After some research, we visited the one local company at the top of mosts list, Brandi Carpet, and quickly discovered why they are #1. Chris, the owner, was engaging and informative without being pushy. He let us take several samples home so we could select the best color and texture. After we chose, Chris scheduled the free estimate. Justin, the estimator, was thorough and configured the layout to give us the best value. We were so impressed, we signed a contract, and installation was scheduled for two weeks out. On the day of installation, Steve and Nick arrived on time and were happy to answer all my questions. Though our house is not large, the installation was a bit of a challenge due to several diagonal walls and cramped closets. As I observed, several things became obvious: Nick and Steve are excellent at what they do, take great pride in their work and bend over backwards to please the customer. It was also evident that Brandi Carpet treats them well. Imagine that … a company that treats its people well, will have people who treat their customers well. We couldn’t be happier with the results! Brandi Carpet works hard for and deserves its high ratings.

They assisted with the type and color of the carpet allowing us to take many samples home. The ordering process and installation went smoothly!

As soon as I walked in the door of Brandi Carpet I was greeted and asked if they could help me. I told them what type of carpet I was looking for. They wanted to know for what room and how much traffic that room received. Then I was shown a quite a few options. I took home a few samples. They came out and measured. An appointment was set up and the installers were on time and did a wonderful job. Great customer service.

Chris Brown, the owner, took the time to answer all of our questions at the time of sale and scheduled the installation at a time convenient to us. The installation team (a father and son) did a terrific job on the install, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up nicely afterward. Very happy with the end product and will use this company for our future carpet and tile needs.

Although it didn't completely remove the smell, it was good enough. I would use them again.

The price was very fair. Chris was able to get me an upgraded carpet for just a little more than what I originally was going to pay. He gave me an Angie's List discount, which included an upgraded pad, and got the manufacturer to discount the carpet further since I have a large 3600 SF home. The installation crew was great! Steve, Nick and Brice were awesome!! They efficiently removed the old carpet and did a fantastic job installing the new carpet. Steve, the man in charge, was very personable and answered all my questions. His team really prides itself on quality work. He even recarpeted a dog ramp for our dog at the end of the job! I WILL DEFINITELY USE BRAND CARPET AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Horribly! The original installation was done incorrectly. Carpet lasted 3-4 months before rippling throughout house. They came back 4 additional times over 4 years. 2 independent inspectors were sent to my house by the manufacturer 6 months apart and both came to the same conclusion. Good carpet, really bad installation. The 4 additional times the carpet was over stretched and unevenly stretched causing the carpet to be ruined. The owner while sitting in my house told me that I paid $2500 for the carpet portion of the total bill. To resolve the situation we asked for $2500 to reimburse us for what we paid Brandi Carpet for the carpet. The owner's resolution was to send us a check for the wholesale price he paid for the carpet, not what we paid him. That is not acceptable! You don't get to make a profit off of carpet you ruined and not make it right.

Shopping in store was great. Chris was very helpful by allowing us to examine multiple carpet pieces while instructing us as to the different qualities of the different types. He was personable and patient. Measuring appointment was made quickly and Justin answered questions before a contract was signed. Installation was one week later. The father/son team arrived on time and was efficient in their work. Furniture was moved with care and replaced exactly where it was before. They also repaired a previous installation they did not do and now it looks great.

We saw Brandi Carpet on Angie's List and stopped into their store on Pinnacle Peak Rd.  OUTSTANDING personal/professional services with prices that are comparable or better than the "Big Box Stores".  And, unlike the box stores, these guys employ well qualified carpet professionals that know how to do the job right the first time from helping you to decide which carpet to go with to making free in-home estimates to laying the carpet and removing the old carpet.  They show up on time, complete the work quickly and professionally, and are very knowledgeable.  We plan on getting all of our carpet needs done by Brandi Carpet.  Why would you go anywhere else?  Thank you!

Chris was great to deal with... He was knowledgeable about flooring products, he was helpful in selecting products right for my Rental home and his pricing was $1000 below the other Angie's List competitors. Chris never tried to oversell me on carpeting I didn't need or want for this property, in fact he knew exactly the type of carpet I needed to put into this house.

Brandi Carpet installers were professional, easy to deal with, nice, accurate, fast and did a really good job.

The man who came out to bid the job was knowledgeable, professional, easy to deal with and took very accurate dimensions. After I got the contract bid, I went into the store and changed the tile type & color plus I changed the carpet color from my original bid selections. Chris was great about this and was a joy to deal with. He made sure I got what I needed and wanted in my property. Everything went according to schedule and plan.

I would use Brandi Carpet again for any future flooring needs I may have. Thanks so much!

First, Chris, the owner, was great to deal with. He couldn't have been more helpful trying to support me to chose the correct carpet, color, material, etc. The installers were very professional, courteous and did a great job.
