Lionel arrived exactly on time with Erin helping out. Took exactly the number of hours for completion. Whatever needed to be moved around they took care of. My floors now look "like new." Will definitely be referring my friends. In addition, their pricing was very competitive and well within our budget.

Ricky showed up right on time, we walked through our large home (4200 sf) and reviewed the carpeted areas that needed cleaning and I mentioned we have 4 small dogs that have access to all the carpets, he assured me he would take care of the pet odor and more. WOW ricky is a wonder, he not only cleaned and treated all my carpet , he is respectful of the furniture and my wifes many decorations. He is also a professional in every respect. I would and Have already recommended his company to neighbors and friends. Cleaning and pricing are 5 star.

I have been using the same person for carpet cleaning for the past 4 years and decided to give Ninja a try. I moved into my home and when I did back in April of 2019, it smelled of dog pee. I got a puppy at the time I moved into this same house, and my dog decided to use my carpet as his potty. I have gotten my carpets cleaned from the other company 2-3 times in the year I have lived there and after a week, the smell was back and the stains from the pee and poop were still there. I had Chuck and his team come over and when I walked into my house the first time after they cleaned the carpets, there was no pee or animal smell at all, and I have 3 dogs. He used a special pet deodorizer and a new carpet cleaning tool called "The Claw" and the stains and smell are GONE! I am raving about them to all my friends and family and am a client for LIFE! I'm stunned. Moved into a beautiful 20 year old house about 9 months ago, which everything was spectacular except for the tile grout appeared to never have been cleaned. The difference between the high traffic areas and the no traffic areas were literally black and white (off white). Chuck was able to not only make the tile look as good as new, but went the extra mile to seal it, which apparently may have not been done when it was put it. Had him only do the high traffic areas of the carpet, but will probably call him back to do the rest because it looks better than the no traffic area. All that being said, amazing job. Only company I've used for the last 7 or so years. Made my new house new again! Thanks Ninja!

Everything went smoothly! My twenty year old tiles look great, I should have done this way sooner. That being said, I would definitely hire this company again!

These guys are great. I would highly recommend them. Their pricing is transparent and fair, no surprise bait and switch. $99 gets you 400 sq. feet, extra $0.30 per sq foot after. One time $50 stain charge, fixed no matter how many stains you have. Quality of work is excellent. The told me they were experts at removing pet stains and they proved it. They take their time and do it RIGHT. Let solutions set in 30-40 minutes before lifting stains. I had extensive pet stains and they removed them ALL! Saved my from buying new carpet. I can't say to many good things about them. Chuck and Ricky were a pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong with Ninja. Guy
