They say the lazy tech will call you before coming, but don’t tell you that you are required to answer. So I put all my furniture on the beds only to have them say sorry you called me back 15 min later the tech moved on, even though we still have 1.5 hours left of my window appt. They say we will come back tomorrow with no regard for customer inconvenience. No thank you."

Von started East Valley Floors back in 1984 when Gilbert was a small farming community. As Gilbert and the rest of the Valley have grown so has East Valley Floors. Prior to starting the company he was a Carpet Mill regional sales representative for Arizona and New Mexico. He is a member of the Ceramic Tile & Stone Association of Arizona, the Better Business Bureau , holds 2 current licenses with the AZ Registrar of Contractors and won the Certified Flooring Executive Award from the World Floor Covering Association in 2002. Von is one of the less then 25 people to have received this award in Arizona.

"Von helped install luxury vinyl flooring at my house and did an amazing job. I was uncertain whether I should go ahead with laminate, vinyl or hardwood. At the outset, Von very clearly outlined the differences and educated me on the pros and cons. It was refreshing to get a very honest opinion which was based on 30+ years of experience installing floors. We clean carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, drapery, and 24 Hour on call restoration (water damage & flood restoration)

"We have used this company before and were very impressed. However this last time they did not clean well in 1 room. You can see the rake marks and the squiggle from what I can only assume was the cleaning solution. I had surgery 5 days later and was not able to call in a timely manner, my bad. However, when I called 3 days past the 30 days they indicated that it was a 30 day warranty and they would not come out without a charge. Nowhere is there anything written about a 30 day warranty, or even any warranty. The accusation was I dirtied the carpet and wanted them to clean it for free. Why lose a good customer for 1 small room?"
