PV Interiors is in its 17th year assisting Phoenix Valley residents with the restoration and maintenance of their natural stone and ceramic floors. Priding ourselves as 'experts' in our field we maintain our status as a family owned and operated tile & grout cleaning company. We work on floors, showers, countertops, backsplashes, walls, patios, BBQ Islands, and garage floors. If it has tile on it, we clean it! Cost is determined by the job. Shannon, Wayne, and Rob were fantastic. Quality of their work was very good and loved the way our floors came out. They were very professional, responsive at every moment, and were flexible with our requests during the work to address additional requests we had for repair. Price was a little high but worth it.

I just moved to AZ--San Tan Valley from Hawaii and don't know anyone or experience with any service providers here. So, I was referred to a few providers to clean my tile floors, one of which was PV Interiors and I was drawn o this female-owned company--on this my first use of Angie's List just last Friday. Owner-Shannon took my call and impressed me with her warmth, no pressure, and highly educational discussion about my tile floor and my need to get it super clean before my dear friend moves in with me the following Wednesday. No problem as she was able to schedule her team for today-Monday morning! Not only was the 2-man team prompt, but super polite, personable, and graciously protected the carpeted path to my Mstr bedroom floor as well as moved the furniture that I couldn't remove for their full access to every square foot. The team cut through all built-up gunk and left me with awesome results‼️...the tile and grout now shows its original lighter speckled tan color and looks like it's original condition! Owners Shannon and hubby came by just as the team was finishing up and they all were like family--awesome business team! I got to spend time with Shannon and a very enjoyable cond, and we went outside in the front yard to chat and enjoyed playing with their adorable family dog--love these people and business team! Greg and Rob put my furniture back much to my delight. I sincerely recommend PV Interiors without hesitation - THEY have my full trust and confidence to have them working in my house, even if I wasn't home. Their pricing is reasonable, and well worth their quality results!!

Shannon was great about coming out and explaining the entire cleaning, polish and sealing process. The bid seemed high and I discussed it with her. When we reviewed how much work was involved and the process, I selected PV interiors over a significantly lower bid.
I am sure glad i did! Wayne and Rob were prompt, efficient with an excellent eye for detail.
They came out at 8:00 am and immediately got to work moving out the furniture. The cleaning and polishing of the travertine floors made them look amazing. I am thrilled with the results. The floors look better than new. Wayne took the time to make sure all the stone imperfections where addressed and I really feel they went the extra mile. The entire process took two full days to do including sealing the showers.
I would recommend PV Interiors to everyone! A++. I will keep them on my speed dial for my next project.

The PV Interiors Team were excellent! They were very careful in moving our furniture and did a wonderful job on cleaning all of our tile floors and grout. The color sealant that we decided to go with was a great choice and we are so pleased with the way it turned out the tile and grout look like it has just been installed! Would definitely recommend them to our friends and family and will be using them for all of our future cleanings as well.

Previous owners of my house had a dog and the grout was dark brown. After cleaning it was back to pale white. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely will use them next time the tile/grout needs a fresh cleaning.

I hired another company to enhance our travertine in the front courtyard and back deck - it's approximately 1300 square feet.
That company put waaaaaaaay too much enhancer down and it dried yellow and streaky and sticky. I thought it was ruined and I was sick about it.
I jumped on Angies List and found PV Interiors. The owner answered the phone and was out the next day to survey the damage. He immediately put me at ease saying they could fix it. He came back with another guy a couple days later and did above and beyond what they said they were going to do for a fair price. They stripped the excess enhancer off, buffed it with machines and the issues were gone - as promised. I was so relieved. Our travertine was so clean you could eat off it. I wouldn't hire anyone else but these guys. They're amazing.

Shannon and her team were extremely professional and conscientious. They showed up when they said that they would and completed the job in a timely manner. We are grateful for their expertise as we weren't ready to redo our tile but now we don't have to for a long while! We were very pleased with the results. Shannon was a whiz with matching the grout color to our tile, and completed the work with great attention to detail and a steady hand!
Wayne and his crew tackled the outdoor part of the project, and we now have next-to-new look for our outdoor space. Access was a definite challenge since we live in a patio home that offers virtually NO access to the back areas, but Wayne and Co. were great problem solvers! and all went very well. We very much appreciated the fact that everybody took such care to protect surfaces and furnishings despite the small space and lots of second story area that was involved in this undertaking. We loved their "can do", "no problem" attitude! Great communicators, punctual, professional. and skilled--the perfect package.

This company is absolutely great! Shannon, Wayne, Rob and Archilles worked wonders on our floor. They were punctual, prepared and very courteous. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone!

AWESOME!! We were living out of state and preparing our home to move back in. Shannon and Wayne worked with my schedule to meet me at the home when I was in town to get measurements, select a color for the grout, and provide an estimate. They were prompt, very professional, and answered all of my questions. They had the quote immediately.
I wasn't in town when the work was done, but Shannon sent me pictures via text and I could tell what an improvement there was. But it wasn't until we actually walked in and saw the floors that we realized just how great they looked -- they looked brand new. We have had several people make comments about the floors, asking if they were new. This is some of the best money we have ever spent.
If you are looking to have your tile floors cleaned, look no further. Shannon and Wayne were great to work with and their work greatly improved the appearance of our home.
I apologize to Shannon and Wayne for taking longer than I should to write this review. We are in the home and in the process of unpacking and very happy to have "new" floors in the house.

This was the best money I have spent. The floors were really gross when I bought the home and now they look brand new! Wish I had done this sooner.
Shannon, Wayne and Achilles did an amazing job! They are a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. They worked non stop for 6 hours. The grout sealing was completed by hand and was perfectly executed. I have not found any mistakes or misses. I wish I could find more companies with this dedication and attention to detail!
I will definitely use PV Interiors in the future.

PV Interiors surpassed my expectations. Shannon and Wayne spent hours hand "painting" my grout with an acrylic product that made my tile floors look like new! After sixteen years the light colored grout was dark and dingy, and carpet cleaners who had cleaned it were unable to get it clean. Not only did PV Interior's cleaning process clean it more thoroughly than anything done previously, but the grout stain/sealant completely covered the old grout. The floors are beautiful.
I highly recommend Shannon and Wayne. They are professional, careful, meticulous, and have an incredibly strong work ethic.
The quality of their work is very important to them and they go beyond what is expected. I'd given Shannon the manufacturer's name and the color of the original grout. They came prepared with that color. However, they brought extra supplies as well and it turned out that one of those colors was a better match to the tile than the original grout. In addition, they weren't satisfied with applying just a single coat, but went back over the entire floor a second time. The finished product reflects the time and effort they put into it.
Another company that does tile work has a very similar ad adjacent to PV Interiors' in the monthly Angie's List booklet. Don't get the two confused! For beautiful floors you want PV Interiors.

Shannon and Wayne did an outstanding job cleaning and paint sealing my tile and grout! I am beyond thrilled! It was dirty, drab, inconsistent in color and over 20 years old....it just looked horrible. Now it looks new, bright and refreshed, leaving a dramatic change! It has transformed the whole appearance of my home.
Wayne called first thing in the morning to let me know they were on their way. They arrived right on time and set to work treating the grout and steam cleaning it. Wayne worked with me to pick a paint sealant grout color and Shannon followed up with her approval. I would highly recommend everyone who steam cleans their grout to also paint/seal it. This is like a facelift for tile with no down time! After cleaning it, which I was shocked with how clean they got it, they set to work doing the paint sealing procedure. A back breaking, on your hands and knees, meticulously painting the grout lines of over 1,000 square feet and once it was dry,,,,,do it all again. They are true perfectionists and made sure it was uniform, applying 2 coats and up to 3 in certain areas. I can't say enough about this husband and wife team. They are pretty incredible, are so respectful of each other when working and are a winsome team! BTW, I got 3 other quotes from other companies prior to selecting them. You've made a huge mistake if you don't go with them!
