Just o.k. Looked ok after, but stains showed up almost immediately. Did not contact for re-do. Think they just didn't know how to really get the stains out of our old carpet.

2nd time I've used Noah's. It went great - I have white carpet in the living room and old ugly carpet in the bedroom and both were beautiful. A bit messy with the liquids that hit my laminate flooring, but nothing I couldn't contain. Would hire again.

He cleaned four areas of carpet and a bunch of tile. Everything came out pretty good. Some of the tile and grout didn't get as clean as it could have (maybe missed it with the machine?), but we'll get it next time. Tech was nice, friendly and worked hard. We're good.

"Thank you for the fantastic review! The tile and grout cleaning results, as you remember, we discussed when you first set up the cleaning. When all clients contact us to schedule tile and grout cleaning, we let them know that any tile cleaning company will end up with the same results. The grout will still be completely cleaned and disinfected but some areas may still be darker than others. There are many reasons why. Sometimes depends on what products are used on the floor during weekly moppings. Some products in the stores or Amazon, etc. can be acidic or akaline in nature. They can, over time, eat away at the grout causing the floors to look discolored. Also, when weekly moppings occur, the grout usually get wet so all the hair, dirt, grime, etc. gets soaked up into the grout as it dries - discoloring it. Also, iif socks are not worn in the house, barefeet puts oil on the floors or even public refuse on shoes brought into the house can even make grout dark. Even the quality of the grout the builder put in or how well the builders installer installed the grout can make a difference. All those things factor in to when a professional cleaner like ourselves come out. We do our very best, use the most excellent products available in this industry, but sometimes grout still stays darker in places. When grout gets wet every time you mop, as it dries it turns back to a concrete state taking with it all the materials listed above and it's just not possible to get everything out. We knew you understood and remembered us explaining this to you but its just helpful for potential clients to hear how tile and grout cleaning is professionally done. Thank you!"

Very impressed! We purchased the Angies list deal to clean, polish and seal our granite countertops. He was right on time. Checked everything out and got to work. I thought I kept the counters pretty clean "but" he showed me the before and after and I was shocked at the difference. He was very helpful in explaining the right type of cleaning products that would be better to use to maintain our countertops. He did a excellent job and I'm very impressed with the work preformed. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to use him in the future. A+ job!

He cleaned all the areas with fantastic results. There were stains that he was able to get out that I was sure I would be paying the management company for. He even gave me a few tips on cleaning products since I was also cleaning the rental as he was working. I just purchased a home with all tile and I will definitely be calling them again to clean the tile in my new home.

Arrived on time, was courteous, careful, and because i choose to hang around, he described the steps. He also went over a couple of flaws in the countertop that we knew about, and warned us that they would not be removed by the polishing and sealing. He was correct. He also recommended a cleaner sealant, which we purchased, and so far, it has worked as expected.
