Amazing Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Great job, but there were many unprofessional aspects to the day. I won't go into details but one involved his wife/partner showing up at our home, walking in our front door without knocking or ringing the bell, and getting into a screaming match with him right in front of our family. They did a good job on the tile and carpet, but we will not use again.

This is the second time I used them. They took badly stained and worn looking carpets and made them look like new. I was ready to have to replace them do to a tenants dog, that had urinated on the master bedroom. I simply can not believe how they did it.
They used a special roto something cleaner along with the hot steam and it was simply amazing as the name  says!! Do not hesitate to use them as they are the best I ever used. The great thing is that it is a family business and it shows. They saved me 2500 in carpet replacement.

They did a really great job. Very professional and did an excellent job in a minimum amount of time.

tile & grout were cleaned & look great! carpet is 8 yrs old & looks brand new!

Everything was positive. He was here quickly and got the job done right away. We were very pleased with his work. He charged a fair price.

Rick arrived on time and the workmanship was very satisfactory. I was considering replacing the patio carpeting but he was able to clean it well enough to keep for a few more years.  He also provided helpful reference for a carpet repair person (which I anticipated)  I thought the price was reasonable and am very happy with the work.

Everything was excellent.

He showed up on time, was very to the point, and did a great job.

I was thinking that I would have to replace the carpets, but Rick and his team got them looking brand new and they smell great!  Rick and his team are clean, friendly and efficient.

Owner and helper performed the work. They worked quickly, were respectful and careful of my home and did a very good job. The kitchen floor tiles and grout were really in need of a deep cleaning - he did the job well.

Rick did an absolutely fabulous job of making the tile and grout look like new again before we put our house on the market. He was able to make the 9 year old carpet (YUK!) look like it was decent carpet. We noticed some staining on the carpet at a couple of doorways the next day. We called Rick and he said that sometimes happens after the grout cleaning solution dries. He came right back out and cleaned the areas and made sure that we were happy with the results.
