"It is unfortunate that the painters dropped paint on your carpet which caused the stain. Please understand that sometimes, depending on the type of paint and color and if immediate proper action is not taken, that some stains just can not be removed. I am glad, as you stated, that as far as our service of cleaning the carpet it looks great and you are happy with our service and would use us again. One thing I didn't know is that Sir Carpet contracts jobs out to independent cleaners. At least that's what I was told by the two men who did my carpet. They said the equipment and truck was their own and that they were contractors. That is something I would have liked to had known before hand, but outside of that, I had a very positive experience.
The two men who did our home was a father and son team. The son who did all the floor cleaning was so nice. The father manned the truck mostly. Both of them were very pleasant and nice and I was happy we were assigned to them. We have a pretty good sized home with a lot of carpet, about 4000 sq ft. of house. There are rooms we don't use so we declined to get them cleaned, even though they offered to do them anyway. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

From the initial call to the technician that performed the job, this company was great! They were very responsive, did excellent work, showed up on the date and time scheduled and made my carpet look brand new!
I will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs.
